Make progress in every season.
REBUILD WITH PURPOSE
Build an identity that holds strong, even when you can't compete.
BUILD for SPORT and life
Build strengths that carry into competition and life.
Injury changes more than your training.
- Your life feels like it’s been put on pause while everyone else keeps moving forward.
- Your body feels different, your energy is off, and without your normal training routine, you just don’t feel like yourself.
- You’ve lost the routine, connection, and outlet your sport normally gives you.
- You still want to pursue your goals, but you don’t know what training and progress are supposed to look like right now.
TRAINING CAMPS
Recovery isn't linear. Neither is your training.
Move between Training Camps based on what you need throughout your recovery—and come back whenever you need another rep.
Reset and Regroup After Injury
- Think of this as pregame film for your injury.
- Recognize what you’re up against
- Understand your emotions and thought patterns
- Build your game plan for moving forward

Hi, I'm Erin!
I’m a former Division I track & field athlete and current professional javelin thrower chasing an Olympic dream.
I personally know how devastating and life-changing injury can be. But I also know what a blessing it can become.
“A BLESSING? This girl is nuts.”
I know, I know. Blessing probably isn’t the word you’re looking for to describe your injury right now. I certainly wouldn’t have used it when I blew out my elbow (UCL) my freshman year at Brown University, at my very first collegiate meet, on my second throw.
But without that injury, I never would have lifted a team National Championship trophy in my seventh and final year of eligibility at the University of Georgia.
It’s a wild journey and one I’ll share more of with you throughout our Training Camps.
Injury may change the way you train, but it doesn't have to stop you from training.
Let’s train!
